HONEY

I wanna be in a band when I get to heaven.

Honey is an electric guitrist who leads a rock band known as Flax Honey. Honey is what he goes by in public, though his friends will call her Izzi - nobody calls her by her full name.

Honey's passion for rock started when he was little, discovering his queer identity through music and the intense feelings he felt while listening to it. Wanting to be and express herself, she banded up with a few close highschool friends who also discovered themselves through music, forming their band and eventually touring outside their hometowns, becoming well-known on local radio.

Honey is an aloof person who only loosens up around those she's close to. He spends most of his time playing his guitar or reaching out to other rock bands, even attending concerts with her friends and bandmates. He still deals with a fair bit of insecurity that came from his past of learning who she was, and is somewhat isolated because of that; though it's easy for her to make friends, it's not as easy for those friends to get close to him.

HOME

Honey never moved around much. Born in Tennessee, he now lives in a small town in Ohio.
