Appearance

Short blue hair with tan skin and black eyes that glow whenever his markings do. He has a shock collar always around his neck.

Personality

Glow has a strange personaltiy. While he appears energetic and outgoing, he's quite depressed and even suicidal deep down. He degrades himself and is extremly obedient to his "masters". He continues himself as only a tool to be used.
