A temporal being with no name, it can change and repeat time as it pleases. It has no ill will, though it may inadvertently cause hardship through it's shifting of time. Rarely sighted, but there have been reports that when it is around, somber chimes, synth, and piano can be heard from all directions. Its physical form is only temporary and its appearance can shift as well. Its length spans from 3 meters to 100 meters.
