The Celios twins are best known for their theatrics. Like Team Rocket they love making a huge entrance and being remembered long after they’re gone. They take some enjoyment out of getting violent, mostly because they have it choreographed into a dance. Some are concerned with how *close* the two seem, but getting any way close to them is generally fruitless.  They have romanticized the idea of being dark, but calling them “evil” sometimes seems like a stretch.
