Stumpy was once a spider, walking the board and minding its own business, until the day it ate nightmare fuel. The sunlight who once meant sleep time now burned their skin, and the colony wouldn't let them get back in the nest ; so they found an old tree stump to hide in.

They can be befriended by the players if given meat, and will spit out rot once in a while. The mushroom on the stump can also be harvested.
