Aven was born in the jungle. They were closer to their aunt Madrigal because she came to visit their family with trinkets from her travels that sparked Aven’s interest in plant magic. Madrigal is the sister of Bazi, their father, but was always so much closer to their mom, Neve. No one actually knows where Bazi is as he just hopped on a boat one day and left—he and Madrigal are wild spirits but Bazi took it to the extreme. Neve doesn't talk about him much. They and their twin brother Sone constantly argue about who came out of the womb first but before Neve smacks them both and tells them to shut up.
Aven is a sly person behind their bored disposition. They don’t talk much even with people they like. They are attracted to shiny things and are a big collector of trinkets (kleptomaniac). They get worried very easily because they can’t stand loss. They are a person of seemingly endless patience.
Neve allowed them to move with Madrigal to Vesuvia and it was there that they got their tattoos: the one on their clavicle, back, thigh, and right arm.
They specialize in plant magic and keep a mini garden in the shop. They have an empathetic connection with animals but dart frogs are their favourite. They met their familiar Marble before their death. They often sprout plants in their hair during times of high emotional duress. Sometimes their nose bleeds green instead of red.
They learned to cook from their mother, as Madrigal can't cook for shit, and got their eyebrow scar from accidentally cutting themself with a knife. Asra never lets them near knives alone. They liked dancing and Madrigal taught them dances from places she travelled. Aven was especially hurt by Julian wanting to leave as it reminded them of their father. Hides stuff in their hair; Asra likes to stick stuff in their hair because of this.
Avén is a flustered mess when it comes to sex. They enjoy dominating (in certain cases), mainly the position of power bottom/using a strap with their partners, and being dominated (by Nadia). They really like their hair being pulled. Rough sex is an incredible turn on becuase they like their partner putting them in their place. Sweet sex is fine too.
They also really like being eaten out. Biting and being bit is a SUPER kink for them, mainly due to their sharp teeth, and because they love to see the marks on their body afterwards.
