Arachnidia's Ownership

Do not use my art for NFT's or A/I in any form.

- Do not use my artwork or designs for derogatory or hateful speech, if I see you doing this you will be blacklisted and blocked.

- While I do have a blacklist, it will not be public, do not ask me for the list either.

Purchase/Payments:

- I only interact with those over the age of 18 regarding work and purchasing from me.

- All payments are in Euros unless agreed on, make sure to convert when paying.

- All payments are asked upfront unless a payment plan is agreed upon, all payment plans will start with 50% upfront.

Artwork:

- You are not allowed to alter my artwork unless given permission, contact me to ask.

- You are not allowed to use my artwork in commercial projects unless agreed upon for the project and a fee will be asked.

- You can share anywhere as long as you credit me for my artwork.

- You can only add value with my artwork to a character design if you commissioned me, please do not add false values with my artwork.

Character Designs:

- Character designs are allowed to be used for commercial use as long as my art is not used for the project and credit is given to me.

- The exception to the above is of course as follows; agreed upon for the project and a fee will be asked.

- You are allowed to edit and change the design however you'd like (body shape, features, colors, clothing, etc.), you will need to draw or commission your own new ref unless I agree to let you edit my artwork.

- You do not need to ask me if you are allowed to change anything with a character, as long as you follow the above rules you can do how ever you want!

- Exception is making a one-off character design into a closed/open species, I would like to be asked before hand and understand in most cases it will be no.

- If voiding a character design I did from a species, that does not need to be asked on and will follow in line with the species voiding.

- If you make variants of a character (Forms, AUs, or Species), then you are required to gift, trade, or resale them all together. I will not be responsible if someone splits designs like such but I will also blacklist the user from getting further designs from myself.

- You are allowed to sale, trade, and gift my designs all you want. I can not keep up with the hundreds of designs I've done and how people handle them in the market.

- If you are scammed by a user through trading or selling my design in some form, there is nothing I can do about it but being made aware of the user can help me make a public notice and blacklist them from further designs.

***Take Notice: The much of the above does not apply to closed species character designs I have been a guest artist for, you must follow the ToS/ToU for that species regarding them.***
