mysterious boy of 16 that seems to not have a place to be. He only refers to himself as Toa-kun. His quirk is still a mystery even to him but he seems to have an influnce on ice and the air around him is always chilly. Despite not knowing who he is Toa-kun is a kind soul that gets embarrassed quite easily his ears are sensitive so he often has to put on his earmuffs which he always has around his neck.
