Background
With creation there is destruction, the natural opposition and the balance. It was from the ancient demonic being of extinction that Rev was born; the result of a brief tryst between this primordial demonic entity and a lesser immortal. Existing beyond mortality, Rev was left to explore the conscious realm at his liesure. Like his siblings, he had power that he could easily take advantage of--with brothers who forced worship from mortals and sisters who spited their opposers. But from the beginning of his existence, Rev did not subscribe to the same beliefs. In his mind, immortals had no right to interfere in the lives of mortals, and thus the eternal opposition to destruction began. Rev was often pitted against his kin, and his own father, on different occasions. Most recently, some thousand years ago, he narrowly managed to fend off the extinction of existence, but came dangerously close to dying in the process. His power was tested, leaving him a shell of himself, devoid of memory, to wander the mortal plane. It took him several centuries to recover fully, just in time to feel that looming, encroaching presence as his father prepared his arrival yet again.
Skills and Abilities
Chaotic dissonance
As a chaos demon, Rev is empowered by proximity to chaotic, destructive, or otherwise violent energies. His strength, speed, durability, resilience, and overall power output grows exponentially, allowing him to snuff out the opposition.
Chaos sense
He can sense the presence of any disruption to order, whether its something petty like someone stealing a purse, to a war zone or bomb about to go off.
Demonic Shift
His true form is, at its very essence, an opposition to order and mortal kind. As a result, he elects for a more 'humanoid' appearance when present in the mortal realm, but is capable of shifting to his natural state when needing to exert full power.
THe RESONANT GLAIVE
Rev wields an ancient primordial weapon known as the Resonant Glaive--a double-bladed sword with great demonic power. It is capable of ripping holes through realms, producing mass amounts of energy, and even slaying a god.
