Notes:
- The placement of his markings aren't exact, they shift and kinda... wiggle with his mood. The ones on his chest oscillate
- He's a shapeshifter so he can take a variety of forms, though no matter what form he takes some part of his body will have that wispy effect (ex, in his human form the ends of his hair kinda. fade out.)
- His mouth opens up real wide
