I had a dream about like a sci-fiish Indiana Jones type guy who had somehow found himself in a different dimension
He’s an adventure type and very smart and has his brains about him but the version of himself in this dimension has severe dementia Steampunk guy was sad and kind of disturbed by seeing ‘himself’ like that but he did a bit of digging about found this version of himself also used to be an adventure type guy and he looked through all the different plans and sketches and studies that had been made, everything was so different from his own it was fascinating
The one with dementia hadnt gotten far enough in his research to travel dimensions himself so he was more of traditional Indiana Jones type guy
Still the one with dementia was incredibly interested in the sci-fi version of himself but struggled to wrap his head around what was happening and seeing a version of himself that’s still an adventurer kind of triggered him into a brain space where he’s younger and is still able to adventure So family forbade sci-fi guy from being around the guy with dementia but he kept sneaking his way in while the other guy was asleep to look over his research and discoveries bc he wanted to learn more
