Personality: River is extremely lax overall. He tends not to have dramatic reactions because he feels its unnecessary. He does however adore food. The kid can always be found munching on something, which is weird considering he can't taste it.
History: His parents were of lower standing, often finding themselves in trouble since they were also faunus. Once they found themselves rung in with some debt collectors, who decided to take his tongue as 'retribution'. As such, he can speak anymore, and wanted to be a hunter in order to protect people.
