PERSONALITY

Speedy is generally aggressive, rigid, seeming extremely overconfident and cocky, cold, uncaring, and selfish. He hates you, he hates himself, and he'll say it. He has a loud mouth, saying what he thinks plainly and blankly, taking the piss for the little things. He'll use people for his own personal gain, or any gain, but has rather brutish methods.... He's has a very short and ticking temper, and easily finds himself extremely tense and lashing out. He deals with a lot of paranoia, always on his toes, only relaxing whil digging his grave with addictions. Incredibly untrusting and sometimes flexes his experience in the wastes. Very unpredictable, can't allow himself to be predictable. Snide and abrasive. Distances himself from everything. Chronically pessimistic and cynical and has little patience emotional control and patience for himself.

His gait is usually either slumped over, seeming exhausted and worn, constrasting the snappy bird-like movements of his alertedness. His bat is usually drooped to his side, grazing against the floor, or swung over his shoulder. His bat cannot be holstered/seen on his back. His tone and movement are usually highly exaggerated, as well as his gestures and expressions. He is very animated. Shows a lot of teeth as he talks and expresses, often has his tongue drooping to the side, or from his mouth, but not often panting. He's able to move all 4 fingers and thumb independently; no finger must forcibly follow another. Talks with a crackly, snappy tone and overuses his cussing. He has a lot of range within his voice, his tone helping to push his already exaggerated movements. He has a bit of a speech inpediment in some cases, the bigger the word the harder the pronunciation for him, struggling with P's and W's pronouning them more as a G-R sound. He can sound staggered, especially while under the influence. He has extensive reading abilities, but cannot write..

Speedy can often have "flashbacks" or episodes triggered by hazed memories or certain sights, sounds, smells or hallucinations. He becomes restless and clammy, as if he is standing upon a floor of hot coals. He bites his hands, he feels like he could plow his eyes out. His hallucinations often become debilitating, and gets killer migraines from the stress. In this state he cannot calm, he can barely see, and will attack anything that moves and looks vaguely human. He is essentially helpless, and is almost unreachable. Once he comes down from this state, usually lasting 20 minutes to a full hour, he will be deeply delirious and exhausted, sometimes passing out from the stress. If he has harmed a human within this state, he will have a feeling of peace and euphoria, something often gained from falling into his urges reguarly. Wanted or not, intrusive or no, this feeling is painfully strong and deep. Like a hole has been filled, or a loose end has been tied.

OTHER FACTS

• Speedy does not and will not allow himself to get closer nor be vulnerable. Vulnerability is a concept long gone to him, and will often use you before you have a chance to use him.
  
• His strengths are in agility. He loves to use his environment, and has a mighty amount of stamina, carrying himself for days at a well kept speed.
  
• While he has agility on his side, he is physically weak. Not weak by average strength standards, but by the standards of the wastes, caradoc and other mutated foes, he is more on the scrawny side.
  
• He has completely lost most remenants of his canid past. He does not pant, cannot bark, sweats, and has hearing, smell and sight on-par with the average human, if not just a little increased.
  
• He has a fear of lab coats and most medical supplies, causing him to be severely fearful of and aggressive to doctors, though none would treat him anyways.
  
• Speedy is terrible at taking care of himself and his own wounds. He only eats a few times a month. Though he drinks often. He'll often eat dead brahmin, radstags, and sometimes victims. He suffers a lot to gain an appetite, and often struggles to keep it down.
  
• He has multiple addictions he finds himself lost in. Gambling, alcohol, and drugs. He despises smoking and finds it vile.
  
• Speedy is banned from most settlements, and thus bars, often forcing him to steal drugs and alcohol. 
  
• Due to the way his cells were "manufactured" and altered, it is extremely hard for radiation to penetrade and destroy them, though not impossible. He is mostly immune, having a much extended lifetime dosage limit.
  
• When he first entered the vault, his fur was fluffy and light. While in the vault, all his fur fell out, growing back into a mix of green and grey a couple of months after leaving. He has no undercoat, and his new fur is significantly rougher. He easily loses fur, though it grows back fast.
  
• Speedy is extremely jealous and even envious of the dogs in the wastes, finding their normality unfair. He cannot stand to look at them, and actively shoos and scares them away.
  
• Speedy has been targeted by many different factions in the past for his misdeeds. For a brief time, he did Mr House's dirtier work, but after many incidents, he was swiftly fired. He has a bounty rumoured over 10,000 caps, most of those caps coming from independant bounties put out by small towns and trading posts wanting revenge for a lost loved ones in their tight communities.
  
• Speedy does not like using a gun. He find them cheap, or is that just an excuse for his bad aim? Either way he has a special attraction to his bat and bat only, only rarely using his claws in combat.
  
• His fur is also rough and grossly due to the obsessive amount of scars beneath his fur, that limit fur growth and health. Petting him would be like scratching a wire brush, and it'd be incredibly uneven and greasy.
  
• Speedy has great tolerance for many temperatures. From rigid winters to blistering heat from many years of endurance. Out of the two, it is harder for him to handle deep winters due to thin fur and a lack of an undercoat.
  
• He is actually quite a good gambler and mostly enjoys blackjack, craps and roulette, finding slots irritating and breaking machines more than a number of times. He sometimes tries his hand at poker and enjoys betting stupidly high.
