About
One cannot have Enkai, without also having Venrir. The two share one body, and are Ao Rogan's closest ally. However, unlike Venrir's polite and quiet demeanor, Enkai is her opposite. He is deranged, chaotic, and has no regard for human life. Sometimes he acts as the protector of their shared body, and sometimes he hides. Sometimes his murderous intent unnerves even the strongest foe, and sometimes he comes out just to tease Ao Rogan. He is a wild card and completely unpredictable; and, due to this, Venrir stays fronting the majority of the time. Of course, he is fine with this, and often torments her just to pass the time. Despite him being the stronger of the two beings, Venrir is often chosen for a task by Ao Rogan due to her mental fortitude; Enkai is a strong chess piece, but also the more vulnerable one. Their past and what has forced Enkai and Venrir into this mixed state is a mystery to most. Paintings of the series of events lie stored in Ao Rogan's home; this has led to the two becoming quite the artists. Despite all of this, Enkai takes great joy in their paintings, and will force himself to front if inspiration hits. Ao Rogan relies on these paintings predicting events to a certain degree, and Enkai is often putting final touches on these... in blood.
Design Notes
- Most are unsure if Enkai and Venrir are actual human beings, or some sort of entities trapped in a mortal body.
- The two share a body, and can communicate to each other in their headspace. Whoever is fronting or forcing themselves out, relies on their individual wills and determination at the time.
- Enkai has Venrir do all of the mundane tasks of taking care of them - hygiene, eating, and various other tasks. Because of this, he is often dressed very feminine, and never addresses it.
- Although Ekmai often whines about being stuck with Venrir, he actually rather enjoys it, and would rather not be alone.
