Adelaide is smart and is always challenging herself to learn about more and more diverse subjects. She is quite interested in history and usually has a good historical book to recommend.

Time not spent furthering research or interests is spent making sure Zander, her childhood friend, is passing his classes and doing well.

Adelaide was thrilled to discover that she belonged in Amberfire, known for leadership and adventure, but the nagging puzzle of why there and not with Brightwillow, the learners, sometimes keeps her up at night.

Adelaide is a leviathan and thus can transform into a giant water serpent or be a humanoid. Her serpent look is blue with brown and black tones in the scales. As a human she has blue hair, blue eyes, and light blue shimmering scales on parts of her. She is muscular but lean muscle not buff muscle. She is a strong swimmer and decent at most sports.

She can breathe under water as a serpent and will morph at will or if the humanoid form starts running out of air. Her humanoid look can "breathe" underwater to a lesser extent but not in deep water or for extended periods of time.
