Xellarium

Xellarium is the original creator of Xenon's crown. They gave it to him for ~whatever~ reason, but they are a very powerful ethereal being. The myriad of circles trailing on their back are actually a collection of dead stars that contain high amounts of power. The one on their head is actually a live star, and is the only one they've ever harnessed alive. They collect stars to create crowns to bless people with for xyz reason and consider themselves a monarch of stars.

They are also the creator of Anomaly (the crown). Anomaly was made from a star that was in a state of death, while still refusing to die. This resulted in it possessing a consciousness within the created crown.
