As the timekeeper, dusk is in charge of maintaining the timeline and keeping from going out of wack. His ability
to look through and control, time gives him and the pantheon knowledge of the future and the past.
As well as watching the future for any warning from the far future, his other duty is to fix the past if anything
major changes. Along with his experiments with artificial and alternate timelines to get a better grasp of a
problem or event.
