- Similar to other creatures of her species, Doppel has both regenerative and shapeshifting abilities.
- Physical harm doesn't have a longlasting effect on her, with the only exception is being burned. Because of this, she is deathly (and rightfully) afraid of fire.
- She is unable to feel pain, but she can feel weight/pressure and changes in temperature.
- Despite the fact that she can always modify her physical form, she always chooses to remain humanoid in appearance.
- Her name, Doppel, comes from a misunderstanding from once being referred to as a "doppelganger". She thought that the word was referring only to her, instead of something that was used as an identifier for a whole species.
- Doppel loves animals, but most animals are naturally afraid of her.
