'You step out of the revolving doors, to find yourself in a foyer. You are greeted politely by the clubs owner, Caractacus. They take your hand and kiss it warmly whilst bowing. "Welcome to The Chain Gang," they say smiling. "Come, sit." The slender shisune motions you to a table elaborately decorated with fresh flowers and fine china. After sitting down in the dark oak chair, Caractacus offers you tea and the newest copy of the Springs newspaper. "Please enjoy your stay."

Caractacus, is your typical mutant. Shy, introverted, and a bit of a milquetoast. A very somber shisune overall. They own a teahouse called The Chain Gang. The establishment, is used as a place for relaxation and health improvement. The Chain Gang is known throughout all of the Springs, and is very popular amongst the more refined and calm shisune. 

Caractacus doesn't have many friends and is often found alone. If asked, they would say they preferred it this way, but in reality, they would like to have more companions. Though not many can keep a straight conversation with them, for Caractacus likes to use their vast vocabulary when exchanging words.

Caractacus enjoys drinking expensive tea; playing around with origami; reading almanacs, dictionaries, and horror novels; as well as listening to music (all types of metal usually).
