Euridice (yur-id-i-see)

Eurid is a species of Naga that lived in the desert areas of the Inquidel continent of Loland.

Their size ranges from very small, hand sized cuties when they're very young, to gargantuan monsters that can destroy towns at old age. They appear to have no actual lifespan, simply growing more and more every year, until their metabolism needs outstrip their ability to feed themselves, and they starve to death. Most choose to slither deep into the desert before their own hunger drives them insane, and their colossal size makes them a very real danger to others. Fortunately, they grow very slowly, reaching normal human size in roughly 60-70 years, and taking hundreds of years to grow to a dangerous size.

Eurid herself is roughly 60 years old, and the size of a human child. when she was younger and much smaller, she was sold as an exotic pet by desert nomads, to a sage called Mystos. In his wizardly workshop, she met her lifelong companion, the slimegirl Specki, who was the same size as her at the time they met. Now Eurid is quite larger, and can carry specki in her jar around.
