Hard-working • Critical • Patient • Picky • Humble • Uptight

Kazumi knows very well that hard work pays off, as she learned from her parents. She will work her head off to get everything she wants herself and hates having to rely on others to provide for her. She will often have sleepless nights to get all of her work done in a timely manner. Her hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, and many admire the dedication she possesses. However, her stubbornness and overly independent nature often leads her to push herself beyond her limits, all just to avoid needing to ask for help in fear of being a bother to others. This perfectionist mindset makes her really hard on herself, not accepting to be any less than the ideal image she has for herself in her head.

While she's a hard worker and the best at what she does, these high standards also make her overly judgemental and critical of herself and towards others. Her critical thinking is valuable in her line of work but it gets problematic when it's applied to people around her, or even to herself. It's an unconscious behaviour and never with malicious inten, but it still leaves a bad impression of her for others sometimes. As a critical thinker, Kazumi can also be fairly the over-thinker. Her mind is so busy all the time, constantly thinking about things she needs to do or how she can get ahead on her next day at work. Emotions and relationships are no exception when it comes to her overthinking habits. With overthinking comes worrying, and kazumi never fails to overwork and worry herself very easily, as she is known as the queen of not letting go. This makes her quite uptight and easily bothered by every little thing. It's at these times that Kazumi gives in and turns to her friends to help her relax and chill for a moment.

No one is infinitely patient, but Kazumi has always been known and favoured for her patience with others. She constantly tries to find the good in people and will often give good friends and the people in her life the benefit of the doubt. There is of course a limit to how long she's willing to wait, but that's usually a very long time, which gives people plenty of time to make up for what they've done to hurt her, and fix up their act if needed. She's always willing to give second chances and isn’t the type to easily hold grudges.

Kazumi likes to be precise with her decisions and have a specific image for almost everything, whether it be people, food, or even types of TV shows she'll watch and the music she listens to. She is pretty set in her ways and is not easily convinced to try something new. Her pickiness stops her from going with the flow and it often raises the risk of being critical about others' choices when they're not her first choice.

Despite her picky behaviour, she still remains modest and is naturally humble. She takes pride in her accomplishments but is never overly cocky about it. She is also very affectionate and caring. Along with her desire to see the best in people, she is undeniably kind and is always willing to help others, always putting others before herself. This mindset tends to make her a people pleaser, which leads her to pushing herself to the back of her mind. She can forget to take care of herself and her need to please everyone becomes unhealthy at some point. This side of her came to be because of the small and tight community she grew up in, where everyone was close like family. But she needed to change that upon moving to the city and learn to say no when needed, which was a big struggle to her.
