Physical Description

Well muscled woman who has obvious cybernetics. Her hair is dyed a dark pink but is originally dark brown. Her left eye is bright green and her right eye is bright blue while she used to have deep blue eyes. She can usually be seen in office type wear like pencil skits and slacks but with a touch of pink such as a blouse or stockings.

Speech

No accent. Can speak English and a small bit of Japanese.

Mental & Emotional

Though her life has become more difficult, Elain is infinitley more happy than she used to be and wouldn't take any of her decisions back.

Powers/Abilities

Her arms and many vital organs were converted in a black market deal rendering her partly cybernetic, increasing her strength, durability and need for food or water. Most notably, her stomach was removed and the cybernetics that replaced it allow the energy she intakes to be used as sustenance. She has long retractable nails that she uses to pierce electronics. She pulls the power from within them to her own body this way.

Background/Story

Elaine wanted more in life than an office job. She wanted excitement, thrills and a new meaning to living. Some would say she went through a mental breakdown but whatever the case, she put all her savings into cybernetic augmentations from the black market. Despite the nature of how she acquired her enhancements, the process was done by a top cybernetics expert. Since this operation was obviously extremely costly, Elaine lost her apartment, vehicle and all savings, eventually ending up on the street.

She didn't mind this however and was aware of the costs, instead she chose to view this as a new beginning. However, she was unaware of the unstated price that came with her new condition. Elly must feed off of other sources of electronics to fuel her own body, being as she has no need for food or water and doesn't have a stomach with which to ingest anything. These cybernetics and augmentations were designed so those who get them installed would end up a slave of the one who built them in exchange for energy being provided to them. They are in no way forced to do the bidding of these dealers but a lot of people who get these operations have no choice. Elaine refuses to get involved with them and tends to try and find energy sources on her own. It's scarce to find enough to constantly keep her going without getting caught so ends up becoming quite thin over time.

However, she was found out by a Diamond Dog soldier during a mission in Japan and the man told her to apply, that they could use her. Big Boss accepted her and in turn for her help, supplies her with all the energy she needs. She has been able to grow strong and has added quite a bit of muscle. Though her abilities are useful, her main duty is to be Kazuhira Miller's assistant/secretary and keep things in order.
