Appearance

Ellie is a small deep brown penguin with a deep pine green belly and inner flippers. She has a teal beak, webbed feet (in which the webbed skin is a lighter shade), and claws on her flippers. She has lighter teal eyebrow feathers.

She nearly always wears a purple scarf tied around her neck.

Personality

Scatterbrained yet chipper, Ellie comes off a naive...which isn’t far off. However, she’s determined to help others and strives to help out those who’ve helped her.

History

From the far-off continent of Alis, Ellie isn’t quite sure how she got into the warmer waters of Saturnia. She reckons a freak storm washed her fishing vessel way down south but recalls little of the actual incident. Whatever happened, she owes her life to Niko and the crew of her ship, The Slipstream, who fished her out of the waters of the Northern Reach. From here, she decided to stick around, as there was little way back, due to no Saturnian vessel being able to reach that far north. So, Niko offered her a place on the Slipstream where Ellie remains as a crewmate.

Skills

Since she’s a penguin, Ellie is an excellent swimmer and fisher, a skill that’s often employed in her duties on the Slipstream.
