Spectre goes by the name Ruthless the majority of the time. He's the #1 information broker based in Lao Sheng, he earned his title by the way he is known to treat others. Raised in Tachimura, off the coast of Lao Sheng, Spectre had to get out and start somewhere on his own away from the shadow of his brother. After a few years he made the capital of Lao Sheng his home. Information is his business, he will do whatever means necessary to stay on top and in power. Eventually once he has Lao Sheng in his grasp he will turn his gaze to Tachimura.
He lived in his brother's shadow growing up, eventually the brothers grew to be rivals. Threatened by his younger brother, Eito put out a contract for his brother's head. This was the main event that caused Spectre to flee to Lao Sheng. Due to this, the hopes to make his brother regret everything he has done and to become powerful enough to oust Eito.
