Mittens

Mittens is a resident of Dante.

Prior to the end of the world she was a student at the same university as Rift.  After the initial outbreak she and Rift became travelling companions- Rift being unable to return home due to the quarantine and Mittens not having a home to return to.  After she landed in Dante her fight-or-flight instinct became much more of a 'fight' instinct.  She handles most of the training of new residents and also lends a heavy hand to the search missions.  

She also is working on retaking the areas surrounding Dante in order to expand the town.  She has plans to cordon off and cleanse area by area to ultimately open up trade routes to any nearby posts.  She's also pretty handy with machinery and has been working on plans to create a solar powered vehicle for trade use but the supplies needed are limited.

Mitten's birth name is Rita Callum, however the only person who knows that is Rift and she would much prefer to keep it that way.

Juliet Flynn she views Juliet as almost a pesty little sister, however Juliet also appears to be jealous of her history with Rift.

Mittens collects stickers.  She can often be found raiding gas stations and craft stores.  She keeps her favorites in her wallet and carries them around for good luck
