Power: WISH
Nimbus produces "fairy dust" from his wings, this dust is able to temporarily manipulate the atomic structure of people, items, animals, himself, etc. the dust comes in direct contact with to a certain degree, WITH explicit instruction to guide it in the process. This process is showcased and performed as 'wishes'.

Rules/Limitations:
-Only 3 'wishes' may exist at the same time, if a 4th wish is made, a previously established one will cease to function as the new one comes into play.
-Nimbus must have enough fairy dust to perform the wish, varying factors can play into how much he is currently producing (mood, weariness, etc.)
-Wishes are temporary, as the effects of the fairy dust fade away, the affected thing will revert to its normal state slowly but surely. (The more dust used, the longer the effect can last)
-Fairy Dust potency begins deterioration the moment it drifts off Nimbus' wings, it cannot be saved or stocked up. It can also be used by anyone who gets their hands on it.
-Wishes must be very specific, they cannot have a large or ranged meaning. The fairy dust needs to know the exact new rule of existence it is establishing into the effected.
