Soren has always loved dancing, and something about aerobics just hit him in the sweet spot; he loved that you didn't need to be good at any part of it to succeed in it - it was all about the effort you put in. And aerobic dancing is just campy and extra enough to make it fun and interesting every time. As long as the music has the right tempo, any music can work!
