Aesthetic: Crows, Clear nights,
Marchocias is a quiet and ominous fella, he is norcturnal. Talks telepathically, mouth can move with his words so that he looks like he's talking. Mouth can also show just their expression when talking (no talking movement). Can also telepathically "throw" thier voice so effectivly that combined with mouthing the words, one would mistaken his telepathy as physical sound.
