 Extremely deadpan and serious, Bastien is an extremely respected Godling for his age, but this doesn't seem to have given him an ego. His status as a healer and being responsible for other people's lives has certainly given him a superiority complex, though. It's unclear if Bastien even experiences emotions at all; and if he doesn't, for what reason. He has almost nothing to say outside of a professional setting, and his ideal interaction is completely wordless.

 Raised in Imoli’s wing, Bastien has always been dedicated to science, namely that of the body, and spent considerable time doing work in Suraven’s wing in order to learn more about healing more than a mortal medic might be able. Generally considered honorable and respected, Bastien’s dedication, and Imoli’s blessing, has led to him becoming a veritable god of healing - Much needed for Sungey, as their technological developments in the realm of medicine are behind the other fragments, and Bastien’s work is greatly needed.
