Maxy and Marina are the "Disaster Twins", both who are havoc causing individuals of the city. They aren't exactly the most law abiding, but that doesn't matter to Maxy! As long as he's making sure Marina is happy (and happy with him), he couldn't care less what happens to the both of them. He isn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed, not really making decisions on his own or having the greatest common sense, but with the help of his sister, Marina, why should any of that matter? He's doing just fine sticking by her side... all the time. He's usually hanging around her place of work, doing what he can with letting time fly by so he can hang out with her again. Sometimes pretending to look like he's "on the job"...
