Inara

The name I had for her before was Yuki or Kasami, or even unnamed but settled on Iaria. She had dark black hair, and red eyes. Her hair is always kept up, she is 5 '1, ruling from Naiad, particularly up North, which would be somewhere around where Japan would be on our planet. 

Hence the original Japanese Name. Hates rodents, and blues. Has scars on her hands and arms from an accident. Is deaf in her left ear, she pulled a katniss. Her sibling(unnamed), died in the accident that took her hearing, she is now vengeful and unforgiving, slowly going off the rails. She has dedicated her life to destroying all those who look remotely like her sibling, and ends up becoming Empress of the Holy Ruins at some point.
