Often goes by Raj for short. Lives in Guildan, the outlaw city to the north.
This kid is a bit of an odd one. He hardly emotes anything; almost always with the same disinterested expression. The most you'll ever likely see out of him is a twitch of the lips, narrowing of eyes, or the occasional sweat mark. On top of that, he barely speaks unless absolutely necessary. Many find him difficult to handle, and it doesn't help any that he can be a real pain in the ass when it fancies him.
Rajel completely ignores the concept of 'that doesn't belong to you,' and will take anything he sees and desires--most often food (/especially/ food). Thief is a bad word for him, though--it's not necessarily that he goes out with the intention to nab things from others, it's more like he'll just see something interesting, pick it up to look at, and ends up walking away with it. Most are used to his shenanigans though and will catch him right away and take whatever back. The only real item in danger is food. He will unabashedly take food from booths, vendors, decoration tables, anything! And if he's caught, he'll just bolt on the spot, food in hand and that same bored of expression on his face.
In most places this would warrant one heck of a wallop as punishment, but a lot of rules and laws are more lax in Guildan. The city is pretty much built on thieves, mercenaries, and those who prefer to live outside of the law, and although it does have a code and its own form of order, no one has the heart to really punish the kid. He's just one of many orphans in the city and never does cause much real harm or trouble.

Some extra tid-bit notes;
-He's a bit of a troll, tbh. Raj will sometimes purposely act out or annoy people because he finds it funny.
-His expression literally never changes okay. Like, ever. He is capable of it, he just prefers to keep people guessing (again, he be a troll)
-When he does talk, it's typically kept to one word sentences as much as possible.
-Daydreams about being a pirate. (He loves listening to the wild stories of others)
