These rules still apply to my work regardless of if you've read them or not. General Rules Do not resell unless two weeks have passed -I would love to see pictures and hear stories about the character you got from me (optional) -Please tell me who you've traded your character to -You may gift it before time but tell me You don't have to explicitly credit me, but please don't claim my design as yours. -Credit is appreciated You may resell characters for higher than you initially purchased them for. If you traded/offered/purchased their worth is still existent in cash. My commissions are for personal use only You may make posters, put it on shirts, etc. You CANNOT make profit off my art -I reserve the right to repost the art I've made for you to promote myself Credit my art and do not trace my art. I am not responsible for 3rd parties -If you buy my characters from someone other than me I will not be able to provide a refund, be careful who you purchase from and make sure to watermark your adopts. DO NOT USE MY ART FOR PROFIT/COMMERCIALISM Adoptables/Customs Confirmation If payments aren't sent in full and I do not confirm that the character is yours I will report you for theft. Free Adoptables (Raffles/DTAs/Gifts) -Can only be regifted, exchanged, or given back to me unless they come with extra commissioned art or art drawn by yourself. (Price them reasonably) -You may only take one free adopt per sheet. -If they're sold without extra art you'll be blacklisted Customs May be subject to creative freedom make sure you fill out your form in full before hand. Alterations -You may not claim the design as your own if you only make small edits or large changes -You may resell my adopt if you make massive changes to the point where my design is unrecognizable (you may give me credit for the inspiration) -Keep the original design file in case you wish to trade them away Usage My designs may be used for Personal and Commercial use Do not use them to promote hate, or use them to support anything non-consensual or highly illegal. -Understand that even if my designs used in these ways it does NOT reflect my own personal values and believes as the rights were transferred to the new owner Closed Species You do not have permission to create one unless you've been given a custom MYO slot MYO slots may be gifted but you MUST tell me who they're going to You must ask for my (or current GAs) approval of said adopt. In order to obtain one of my closed Species you must get a MYO or buy an individual Adoptable from me or any current GA. You may also purchase an existing one from another user but I must be informed. Having one doesn't give you the right to make more. You MUST tell me who you trade them to. All Sales Are Final Make sure what you're buying is what you want otherwise you can resell or retrade the adopt if you don't like them. -You may sell a character for higher than what you paid, sentimental value, assembling of commission work, written information/roleplays, they're all valid, price reasonably. If you auction off one of my designs for far higher than their worth please add a bonus to the AB. (Unfortunately, this doesn't apply to free characters unless art has been added)
