Cedric was beyond estatic to see that Cornelius had survived all these years. Back in the day they were rather joined by the hip. The best of friends who looked out for each other when they could. Things have changed a little as Cedric pulled himself away from the world. But he still feels most comfortable with Cornelius in his presence.

History: - 

       Cedric is among the oldest of the Celestials. Although many of his friends lay slain, Cedric instead remained asleep in the tallest room of the Celestial manor. Having been cursed by a vile Infernal to sleep for eternety, he did just that. He has skipped centuries, not knowing how the world around him was changing, oblivious to the world and those he had once held dear. Many would try to wake him over the years. But attempt after attempt ended in failure, and perhaps everyone had given up.

That is, until a princess found her way into the sleeping prince’s chamber. A kiss from the Infernal Princess, a healer and of pure intention was the one to break the curse at last. Despite their difference in faction, Cedric believes that he will love her a life debt for eternety.

Now Cedric simply doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing. For a while he was devastated. Opting to keep to the house instead of facing the truly alien world. Things had changed way too much during his slumber and perhaps it was all very intimidating, but eventually curiosity had taken hold and it made way for awe and a strange sense of wonder.
