has 2 pair of white wings, blond hair and crystal clear blue eyes, has 2 spirally marks on his forehead and ring-a-like skinmarks on both arms and legs. he has difficulties with flying because of his smaller wings being in the way/hard to control.

His whole body is changed into a bird-a-like body with a long neck. Still has the same pair of wings which makes him a slow flyer due to diffeculties. The color of his hair changed into dark purple/brown. His eyes into a gradient purple and blue. His whole body is covered in feathers and the colors of his feathers are like from a raven. His face is still his own human face. He wears a mask when he's in this form.

He received a ring by Cyriel and Vitalis which he could change his appearance temporarily. He got his limbs partially back. His feet are still bird claws of his previous form. His smaller wings are now attached to his underarms. (he can now fly faster and easier without the smaller ones in the way)
