Storm was made in a different dimension than our own, somewhere that doesn't even have a name- filled with creatures like himself. Like those creatures, Storm was genetically created by scientists. His DNA is filled with all sorts of creatures and biometrics found around but the main ones seen is a clouded leopard, lion and fish. They edited his molecules so much that you can tell his mood based on his eye colour.

Storm was created in the lab to be a controlled animal soldier and was experimented on for his entire life, adding more and more serums to his biometrics. From his DNA there was loads of different creatures that also were being trained, more specifically to fight Experiment A31-666. Whenever he won a fight he would receive more enhancers to make sure he would keep winning. Adding onto his strength, agility and underwater breathing to be specific.

After years and years, Storm seemed to finally have enough. He fought and killed other experiments and after killing one he was close to he decided that then and there he would escape. As a scientist went to give him more serum, Storm enacted his plan and attacked all who was around- never killing them but hurting them good enough that he would be able to escape. On his way to free the other experiments, the main scientist who was the main one responsible to creating Storm as well as torturing him caught him with electric ropes. The lead scientist mocked Storm, saying how he had grown too independent and bold, he brought up a new serum created which was said to stop all original thoughts and free will, would turn any monster that was injected with it into a salve. Seeing that his very life was threatened and due to the amount of strength booster serums added into his veins, feeling sad, angry and afraid all at once caused Storm to transform into a huge beast. Growing 5 feet taller, gained more strength as well as more spikes along his back and tail- Storm was no longer there to control himself. After getting free from the chains and no longer holding back, he attacked and killed the lead scientist before everyone's very eyes and the others were unable to stop him as he ran towards the exit of the facility. He did glance back before running out the door, wishing he could free the others, but after getting hit with arrows and knives he was officially chased out into the nearby lake. He was never seen again by anyone a part of that place.

The whole facility went into shambles after that, losing almost all of the DNA and enhancers- without Storm they had no way in making more. It is unknown if the other experiments were able to escape or if they're even alive- as well as the scientists.
