Having little genuine experience in IT, Mitch was lucky enough that his fluffed up resume (which included ‘creating, developing, and rewriting software’ which was fancy talk for using RPG maker to make a game this one time) managed to actually land this job. He lives under the philosophy work smarter, not harder and he often spends his time playing video games when he’s pretending to be working on the servers, installing updates to programs that the employees themselves could do, and sleeping. He’s lazy, sarcastic, and slightly self-absorbed with a surrealist meme sense of humor that no one else really understands.
