Vibes is a master at impersonation. While he cannot exactly imitate  others he can change his voice drastically to fit what he needs, or he  can talk using two or three voices at the same time. He is able to  project his voice through telephone lines (sorta like a phone call but  he doesn't need a phone). His body is alive with electricity and should he chose he can concentrate that power to shock anything nearby. He can also use tvs to transport himself. He can crawl through the static to  whatever tv is producing it. His body is constantly moving, changing,  and morphing. The static and the goo work like oil and water: they are  repelled from each other. A light buzzing of static also emits from him  at all times.

He  is not very social and prefers to live his life in solitude. He does  have a few other cinnas he will sometimes interact with--but it always  very minimal. He is the landlord of the Monster Motel. It is said that  he can listen through the phones and does not take kindly to negative  talk about his establishment. He also is prone to leaving for weeks on  end. 

he certainly has a presence about him--perhaps its his electrical powers but one's hair can't help but stand on end when he enters the room. not even his own family feel comfortable around him. he is quite the anamoly and he is so secretive most have no idea what he fills his time with. 

Lesboys Description: This haunting entity can manipulate electrical currents  and frequencies so that his many voices can be heard across a large  range of technology especially phones. When he screams, it is a  cacophonous mixture of yelling voices, stuttering, ghostly low-fidelity  howling that one feels in their bones. His skin is so alive with static electricity that it shocks anything nearby quite violently.
