Despite his small stature and almost childish attitude, Chaos is actually the very first Celestial to have been created by the Universe. Unfortunately, he was born a bit prematurely, which resulted in some... defects. Chaos managed to befriend the next Celestial to have been born, Argos, but later Celestials criticised and bullied the two for the former's abnormalities and the latter's alliegance with him. That's when Chaos decided to show the other Celestials a lesson, and became a deadly duo with his brother in their hopes to take over the Universe and show all who doubted them wrong. Chaos is the brains of the operation who thinks up of all the clever and intricate plans, but he is practically useless without his bodyguard Argos. He's usually able to teleport himself out of sticky situations, which occur extremely frequently, because they've since come into conflict with a small group determined to stop the duo's actions at all costs.

Eventually he succeeds. Only to fall right after. But he awakens again in spite of the very Universe that created him. And now everything has changed. He's back for round two. But he's not himself anymore, and neither is his old opponent.

The only ability Chaos possesses is the power of teleportation, which strangely enough doesn't fit into the standard catergories of Celestials Powers - it's neither Stardust Wielding nor Shapeshifting. They can teleport things and people *with* them, but the limits to his teleporting power are that they have to see where they're teleporting to. They also can't teleport into the air or empty space - they can only teleport onto solid ground.
