Llyr is one of the few merpeople that can breathe above water for a limited time, so he's learned to take advantage of that. Because of his unique body, humans are always so inclined to investigate. He lures them out of sight, just barely keeping his patience, and grabs his meal for the day. He takes their jewelry as prizes, and savors the meat in front of him. Of course, it doesn't happen too frequently. Humans are very easy to catch because of their curious nature. Very rarely, he may find a tolerable human, and may even decide to associate with them. Very, very rarely.
