Looks:
Nyra is much smaller than other sharkdogs her age. She is a dark, grey-brown canine with a few darker shades on her pelt. There is a lot of extra fluff on her chest, legs, and butt. Fangs sprout larger on her top-set of teeth. Normally, her eyes are a grey-white.

At night, her eyes are bright-red with black scleras. Red markings show on her body and glow.

Personality:

A very grumpy wolf pup. She hates when people act superior over her, even though she always wants things her way. She's a tough little jelly-bean and doesn't enjoy when people think of her as a child. Nyra is actually skilled at fighting and loves picking fights with others (even if they're 5x larger than her). However, she does cry a lot when hurt. Sadly, getting injured in fights is common for her and usually ends up hiding behind her older friends. Nyra absolutely looks up her father-figure. He is her caretaker and she wouldn't change that (even if he scares her buddies off sometimes with his blunt attitude). She has a soft and caring side towards her closest friends. She's very protective of them.

History

Before she was diagnosed with EPS, Nyra was an outgoing and bubbly pup. She enjoyed exploring on her own and with her family. She was stunted at the age of 14 and remains that age for the rest of her life. Sadly, Nyra has very little memory of her past and any of her true family members.

She wandered around the city in search of food scraps and instead ran into a couple of street thugs. Luckily for her, Clark was returning from a mission and heard her cries. Within minutes, the thugs were on the ground with arrows sticking out of them. He gave her a once-over only to spot various scrapes and cuts from the thugs and did not hesitate to take her back to the P.A.A.W.S. compound. He took her off the streets and helps her live a better life. Even though he's not much older than her, she insists on referring to him as her father. He chastises her occasionally about her sass and snappy behavior, but can't bring himself to try to change her ways.

"He's the...big spiky-glowy man!" - Keros had been searching for prey when he spotted Nyra struggling in the strong currents. It appeared she strayed too far from her older brother and tried to explore. He helped her toward shallow waters and they became friends ever since. At first, she was terrified of Keros, remembering tales of "water monsters," but she eventually became curious and found out he wasn't bad company at all. She keeps their friendship a secret since she thinks that her "father" wouldn't approve. The two go hunting for treasure together along with Kaiceph. When struggling in the water, Nyra looks to Keros for support. She has accidentally poked herself on his back spikes so she's a bit nervous around them.

Kaiceph

"He's...the other big less-spiky more-glowy man haha"- Nyra met Kaiceph through Keros. Again, she was terrfied at first, but they soon became good friends. They hunt for treasure together along with Keros. When Nyra is being bullied by other sharkdog/creatures and Clark isn't there to protect her, Kaiceph usually steps in to scare them (unintentionally) away. She enjoys teasing him of his dislike of jellyfish.

"He saved me..."

Although he's not her actual father, Nyra insists that he is. He saved her from a bunch of street thugs and had brought her back into the compound to take her under his wing. She admires and looks up to him, although her intense sass annoys him sometimes. He refuses to take her on any missions, afraid to see her harmed. There have been several occasions in which she has sneaked on a plane to "help" out on missions and he is always beyond angry about it. Yet, he knows she means well.

Although Clark can be overprotective, he has a hard time keeping an eye on Nyra and sadly sometimes even forget as he prepares for a mission. She's more than happy though as she is able to go out and explore.

Other Notes:

-When grumpy, she has a habit of growling and digging her fangs in the dirt.

-Has a collection of seashells and shiny things that she found on the seashore/in the ocean
