Dream controls the dreamscape. They are hidden and will only show themselves under extreme circumstances. If they revel themselves to you, it's only in the dreamscape. They are blind and use mental imagery to control what you see. They can see you even though they are blind because they essentially are connecting with you via the mental state of sleep.
