Verlonna's Links
Verlonna isn't sure how to think about Jman. He's her friend? Mentor? Father figure? Fuzzy cat to pet? It depends on the moment. She most often sees him as a father figure, however, because he seems to care so much about her and her friends and always fusses about the dangerous things they do. Now that she knows about his past, she takes extra care to keep an eye on him and be there if he needs her.
[Friend, future father-in-law] Jman has always seen Verlonna as one of his dear friends that he needs to take care of. Being the Guildmaster of Loc Lac, he has the responsibility of taking care of everyone, but he puts extra care into his friends.
Though they aren't sisters by blood, they grew up together and looked out for one another, and have always been close. Verlonna used to see herself as superior due to her intellect, but after she fell into bad habits, she's always looked up to Ellie. She's a little jealous of Ellie's love life, but she still loves her nonetheless.
[Sister figure] Although their relationship isn't always clean cut, Ellie still tries to look out for Verlonna.
Verlonna has always been fascinated by BIGGY. His high level of optimism, can-do attitude, and love for his friends have been a huge inspiration to her. She tries hard to be like him, and over time, it's really improved her way of life. Lately she's been finding herself wanting to get to know him better and talk to him more often.
[Friend, future husband]
Verlonna knows Benjamin is a little dirty frick. She's not sure what she did wrong to have him turn out that way, but she's concluded that there's nothing she can do about it, so she let's it go. Despite the fact that she never wanted children, she loves her only child, and that's probably why she spoils him. Her favorite thing to do is complain about why he looks nothing like her and pretend like she mistook him for BIGGY.
[Son]
Though she hated him at first, Verlonna has warmed up to Raven a lot. It might have had something to do with BIGGY's optimism and seeing the best in people, but she actually considers him a friend now. After hearing his story, she gets it.
