Despite wanting to be a musician, he's actually a really good artist (sketches, painting, etc.) who doesnt believe he has any talent in it. Todd is a friendly, laidback dude who just wants to smoke weed all day and play guitar.
Despite seeming like such an ordinary boa, Todd is actually known to be rather strange by those who get to know him well; he tells stories of his travels to the city he currently resides in, but he talks about strange creatures and of places that seem foreign and too far from the town he came from.
