Titter acts clueless but in reality she is very observant. She is kind but has no tolerance for rude people. She is not afraid to slip in a subtle diss while acting like it was just an innocent comment. She has a large caring streak from being an older sister and she likes to dote on others. She is very sensitive to other's feelings and will go out of her way to talk to people if they are feeling down.
Titter acts the way it suits her and doesn't care if people judge. She loves to sleep and drink and travel. She knows they may think she is too lazy or too carefree but that's what she loves about herself. She isn't actually lazy though, she just is very selective on what things require action. She wants to let most things go unless they are causing real problems. Very go with the flow. When she has something she does feel she need to take care of, she tackles it head on and is relentless in finding a solution.
In DnD she is a Monk with the subclass of Drunken Master. Don't ask how she got the training. She won't tell much because "it was boring really" but she is highly trained in martial arts. She only ever resorts to kicking ass when she is provoked, preferring to let others make the first move.
