Violator

Violator has to power to manipulate people as "puppets" by placing his petals that he forms onto the them, the more petals on a person the more control he has. He can control multiple people at once but makes it more difficult to have full control. How well he controls them is based on his mood, if Happy(the usual): he has full control and can do as he pleases, if Mad: He becomes more destructive and is more likely to damage the "puppet" as well as having the control last shorter, if Sad/Upset: he has little to no control at all and will become powerless (this is very rare however due to Brill's nature)

Violator can also summon thorned vines that can be used to grab and pull victims closer, making it easier to place petals onto them. They have a long range but not much grip strength (usually results in Violator having to use more than one)
