The Zoras' Royal Archaeologist. Rama travels Hyrule studying ancient Zora ruins. He's very enthusiastic about his work and will talk Link's ear off about his research if given half the chance. However, he's also a capable swordsman who can defend himself against Hyrule's dangers.
Link can find Rama at different spots all over Hyrule. When they meet, Rama will discuss the history of the area and the Zora ruins he's currently studying, and then give Link a related sidequest to help him learn more.
