traits: Kazoo is a bit of a wild child, an odd ball. Even those that are closest to him, his best friend even, would think that he is this happy-go-lucky, hyperactive guy without a care in the world. He is witty and sarcastic, always able to get the group laughing until their sides are hurting, but that's just the way he portrays himself to the world. That's his outer surface. On the inside, Kazoo isn't quite so rainbows and butterflies. His sarcasm comes from something darker that lurks deep inside of him, a twisted fantasy he knows he shouldn't talk about. Kazoo dreams of death and destruction, dreams of hearing the screams of the damned, but he resists these urges and fantasies, portraying himself as a harmless little pony when in reality, he has the smarts and the lack of empathy to cause some real destruction. He does this not out of the goodness of his heart, because in reality, Kazoo really doesn't give two shits about anyone, but because he knows that others think it's wrong. Murder and rape are wrong, as told by society, and society is much bigger than he is. But that doesn't stop him from getting his taste of madness. If he knows he can get away with it without getting caught, Kazoo will attack. He will hurt helpless little foals or those that are weaker than himself just for the hell of it. He's capable of terrible, awful things. He has no conscious, no guilt. In fact, he has little to no emotion, not that you would be able to tell because he's a very, very good actor. He can act sad, happy, and everything in between. He's a manipulator and tends to act different around different equines after he finds out what the best way to portray himself is.

history: Kazoo had as normal of a childhood as one can have. He wasn't abused or neglected or otherwise mistreated. Instead, he was loved and almost pampered, especially since he was always so good at pretending to be this super nice guy with the personality of a saint. No one would ever suspect him of fantasizing of such horrific things. He learned from a young age that it was bad to fight and hurt others. There were times when he was a colt that he would get a little too rough in his playing and his parents would scold him for hurting his playmates. They always figured it was just a normal thing that all colts did, you know, "boys will be boys." Who would have ever guessed that the sweet boy was actually a sociopath? That he would sneak off in the middle of the night to find small critters to torture and maim? He was only five months old when he killed his first rabbit. At six months, he attacked a wandering foal for no reason other than she was there and no one was around to see. He knew he had to keep it a secret, he knew that to others that things he did were bad, but in his head, Kazoo saw nothing wrong with what he was doing. Fuck society and their morals; he had none. At a year old, he started to wander as far away from his herd as he could so that he could find strangers to mess with, but as the months dragged on that wasn't enough and when he reached two years, he finally decided to leave his home in search of new turf.
