• The more he consumes, the stronger he becomes, and the easier it is to "feast" on those who are in better health
• If he goes for an extended period of time without feasting on life, his body begins to wither away and decay, one half before the other
• He spends a lot of time either in his home or leaping from rooftop to rooftop (he appreciates solitude and seeing the world from above)
• His bat-like wings allow him to glide, but not to fly
• His bat-like ears grant him very similar hearing abilities to a bat
• He can be out during the day, but never lets himself be seen and largely prefers nighttime
