You can change things but don't make them unrecognizable; Gender changes/Feral to Anthro is perfectly fine - If you buy an already named character from me you DO NOT have to change their name unless I ask for attachment reasons or something - When you resell please don't up the price unless there is art for the design to up the price - Tell me if you sell, and to who!
